First post for a while

Seems like ages since I last wrote a post on here – it’s been pretty hectic outside of photography and work recently and I’ve not taken much since finishing my 365 Project XLV back in mid-March.

But I’m trying to rectify that by reorganising things a bit to help me find time for hobbies.

One thing I did do recently was set up a photo booth for our daughter’s 21st Birthday Party which I’ll cover in the next blog, but here’s a taster photo from the event.

Today is a quick ‘blow the dust off’ post just to remind you about The Photographic Angle – the lovely people who have accepted quite a few of my photos into their exhibitions.

They have revamped their website and it looks great – including much more information about exhibitions and the artists and photos featured, so make sure you hop over and have a look and sign up for their newsletter too.

Recently I went over to Thames Valley Park in Reading for “A Splash of Colour”, and although the building is difficult to find (and you have to buzz the office management people at the entrance to the car park to get in) it is still a great place to see TPA exhibitions – and at the moment they have taken over the building next door too so you get a bumper selection of pictures to view.

OK, enough for today.

Talk to you again soon, but in the mean time you can follow me on Twitter (@photosbypjc), Instagram (@photosbypjc) and also follow my on-line magazine Photography Snapshots for regular updates on photo-related news articles.
