The theme for this week’s 52 Week challenge was Beauty in Everyday Items. As you can see from the link there is a great variety of submissions.

Perfect for a LIGHT snack.

Sadly my effort falls a bit outside the theme – not so much beauty as amusement in everyday items. Still, the themes are a guide only and it’s OK to deviate (occasionally).

Apart from this, I also had a nice walk last Sunday around the local fishing lakes near to where I live. Normally I take the DSLR and a couple of lenses but as Mrs C was with me I opted for the Lumix and took a few nice shots of swans and landscape.

I seem to be taking a lot in b/w at the minute – it’s funny how you sometimes go through phases of shooting in a particular style.
