Theme for last week was Wildlife – depending on where you live this could be a good opportunity but for me in suburban Surrey UK things are somewhat limited.

In the end I settled for this;

Day 60

Which I like as a photograph, the colours are good the subject is sharp and the bokeh are nice. I also like the angle that it’s shot on. Pity the subject isn’t something more elegant than a slug but you can’t have everything I suppose.

I also tried a different processing option for the dandelion head that was my Day 54 shot. This has a more fine-art feel to it I think, and something about it that I really like.
